Great results

Recently we were able to garner great results in  2 recent Drunk driving cases, both resulted in dismissals and no criminal penalties for the accused drivers. My practice in the area of auto accidents and criminal law has given me tremendous experience in the area of drunk driving arrests. It is rewarding to get results for these deserving clients

Have received great feedback from injured people in South county and Providence County about these postings. It is rewarding to hear from injured clients who appreciate the efforts of my office. The personal; injury cases arising from car accidents, falls, malpractice, and other negligence require effort and creative case management. we try to do this as best we can daily.

I read an interesting article about an new film which follows the circumstances surrounding the personal injury trial concerning a McDonalds customer burned by hot coffee. this film explores the issue especially as it pertains to tort reform. Personal in fast food restaurants are common.

Interesting new matter concerning personal injuries in health club. Investigation has disclosed that many personal injuries occur in health clubs. Liability of these operators is common. many personal injuries are suffered.

Medical liens are an increasingly important part of representation of injured parties in auto accidents and medical malpractice. My office has instituted new protocols to address this area.

Great result for wonderful people

Happy to announce a recent resolution of a automobile accident matter, which resulted in a settlement of $500,000 for clients who sustained a fractured leg and collarbone. Such wonderful people makes it all worthwhile.

Civil Unions Debate

Civil Unions are being currently debated in the Rhode Island legislature--the proposed law will have an impact in the area of auto accidents, wrongful death and medical malpractice--we can await the action of the assembly.

First post -new blog

This is my first post of my new blog...it will be dedicated to interesting news, cases, opinions regarding the legal process in RI, the US and beyond. Happy to celebrate the 1 yr anniversary of my move to Washington county and beautiful Wakefield.Must admit there are things I miss about Providence...not the least of which are the many friends and colleagues I would see regularly there, but change is and has been good. Not much else to say now.....see you soon
